Data Deletion Instructions
Wappons stores only the information required to operate its services and digital interaction flows. If you want to request deletion of data associated with your use of Wappons, follow the instructions below.
1. Information that may be stored
Depending on how you interacted with the platform, Wappons may store:
- user identifiers required for interaction flows;
- display name or alias provided by the user or received through the interaction channel;
- messages, commands or inputs sent to the platform;
- participation, session, score, ranking or activity data when applicable;
- minimal technical logs needed for security, diagnostics and service operation.
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to contact@wappons.com with the subject:

3. What to include
Include enough information to identify your data in the system, for example:
- the phone number or user identifier used with the service;
- your display name or alias, if any;
- the approximate date of your last interaction;
- a short statement saying that you want your associated data deleted.
4. Processing of the request
After receiving the request, Wappons will review it and delete or anonymize the associated data where technically possible and legally appropriate.
5. Temporary technical logs
Some minimal technical logs may be retained temporarily when needed for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics or operational integrity.
